Labor Day Sale 2025 - FAQUpdated 43 minutes ago

While Vinegar Syndrome is throwing their Vinegar Academy Labor Day Sale, we'll be hosting discounts + promotions on Mélusine as well! We'll answer some critical questions below, but please be sure to check out Vinegar Syndrome's FAQ for more information on order stacking, OOP titles, shipping timelines and general sale policies.

#1. What is the sale? 

Just like on Vinegar Syndrome, the Mélusine's 2025 Labor Day Sale will feature a massive selection of Out of Print products, discounted titles, new releases, merch and more! 

#2. When does it start?

The sale begins at 12:01 AM ET on Friday, August 29th and runs through 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, September 2nd.

#3. What is on sale? 

A variety of products will be discounted during this event, including releases and merchandise ranging from 10%-60% off SRP! There will be special discounted sections of the site to browse.

In addition to the items being discounted, we will be launching a new batch of 'Out of Print' titles when the sale goes live, Friday, August 29th at 12:01 AM ET. These titles will be available to browse for the duration of the sale. 

We will also be launching our usual duo of September releases at 12:01 PM ET on Monday, September 1st. 

#5. Will order stacking be available?

Yes, order stacking will be available both on Mélusine and VS. Please read our Order Stacking FAQ for more info. 

#6. What is Pink Line?

One of our new releases on September 1st will be the first release for our new line on Mélusine: PINK LINE. Pink Line will offer restored and special edition releases of rare, transgressive and bizarre "Pinku Eiga" films from the 1970s, 80s and 90s. Stay tuned for more info!
